# Agency & Multi-Brand Management

The Agency Management feature in the Untitled portal gives Agencies and Multi-Brand organizations a single, holistic view of all their client accounts. Rather than logging into individual accounts to monitor progress, you can now add clients, create tags, and manage monthly resolution budgets all from one centralized location.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/qWblE7D1S5B4gbjf8Am5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Overview:

Agency & Multi-Brand Controls:

* [Add a New Client Account](#how-to-add-a-new-client-account)
* [Create New Tags](#how-to-create-a-new-id-tag), [Set Monthly Tag Budgets](#how-to-set-a-budget-for-the-id-tag), [Enable/Disable Tags](#enable-disable-tags)
* [Manage User Access and Roles](#how-to-manage-user-access-and-roles)

This unified view consolidates the metrics most relevant to your business, including:

#### **Clients**

* The Clients tab provides a comprehensive snapshot of all client accounts, both active and inactive, within a single centralized view. This enables administrators to quickly assess account health across the entire client base without needing to access individual accounts directly.

  From this view, you can monitor key account metrics, including:

  * Status – Current activation state (active/inactive)
  * Activity – The number of visitors over the trailing 30-day period
  * Tags – Number of tags configured within each account and the health status
  * Connected Sources & Destinations – Total count and source type for all integrated sources and destinations
* This consolidated view is designed to streamline account monitoring and support faster, more informed decision-making.

<figure><img src="/files/UIafMJU91tCLT13PhsIs" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **Tags**

* This section provides a complete view of all Tags associated with each client account, allowing Agencies to monitor Tag performance at a glance. Available metrics include:
  * Tag - Tag names and their associated accounts
  * Status – Current operational status of each tag (Healthy vs. Inactive)
  * Activity (MTD) – Month-to-date visitor activity
  * Projected End-of-Month Visitors – Forecasted visitor volume based on current trends
  * 7-Day Trend – Visitor activity patterns over the trailing seven days
* **New:** Agency partners can now enable or disable tags directly from this view, as well as configure tag-level budgets and create new tags for their client accounts.

<figure><img src="/files/0McW3V2mN8FszmmPJg1w" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **Usage**

* This section offers an in-depth, comparative view of visitor resolution performance across Tags and client accounts. Agency partners can select custom date ranges and sort the view according to the following criteria:
  * Highest Resolutions in Period
  * Highest Daily Average
  * Most Tags
  * Name (A–Z)
* This level of detail allows agencies to identify performance trends and prioritize accounts or tags that may require additional attention.

<figure><img src="/files/gKldDICPGR7V7WngMngk" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **Team**

* The Team tab allows agency partners to view all users across their client accounts and manage each individual's roles and access permissions in one centralized location.

  From this section, you can:

  * Invite New Users – Add new team members directly to the platform
  * Assign Account Access – Designate which client accounts each user can access
  * Manage Roles – Set users as Admins or Viewers
    * Viewer: users have full access to Untitled, but do not have the ability to add or delete additional team members.\
      Admin: admins have full access to Untitled, plus the ability to add or delete additional team members.
* This functionality gives agencies greater control over account security and ensures the right people have the right level of access.

#### **Self-Serve Whitelabeling (in development)**

* Manage your branding elements: Brand the Untitled experience as your own — logos, colors, and more. Your clients see your agency, not Untitled.
  * Brandable login screen and dashboard accent
  * Whitelabeled email notifications and reports

{% hint style="info" %}
At this time, white-labeling is available but must be configured by an Untitled team member. To add or update your white-label assets, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.getuntitled.ai/agency-and-multi-brand-management.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
