Platform Data Flows
Untitled supports several methods for receiving, enriching, accessing, activating, and delivering data. The diagram below provides a high-level view of these flows across the Untitled platform and external systems.
The specific flows available to each Client depend on the products, integrations, and delivery methods included in their implementation. Optional connections are configured and enabled only at the Client’s election.

Data Entering the Platform
Client-originated data may enter Untitled through two primary methods:
Untitled Identity Resolution Tag A JavaScript tag installed on the Client’s website may collect eligible website activity and support visitor identity resolution.
First-Party Data Sources Clients may provide first-party data through supported SaaS connectors, APIs, integrations, or file uploads.
The Client determines which sources are connected and what data is made available to Untitled.
Data Assets Within Untitled
Depending on the Client’s configuration, the Untitled platform may produce or maintain the following data assets:
Visitor identity results Website visitor records resolved through the Untitled Identity Graph.
First-party enriched audiences Audiences built using Client-provided data, Untitled Identity Graph data, or a combination of both.
Intent audiences Third-party, topic-based audiences selected by the Client for targeting or analysis.
These data assets remain logically associated with the applicable Client account and authorized workflows.
Data Access
Clients may access available data through one or more of the following methods:
Portal UI
Authorized users may view and manage data through the Untitled application at app.getuntitled.ai.
REST API
Clients may access supported platform resources programmatically through the Untitled API at api.getuntitled.ai.
Postgres Database Where provisioned, Untitled may provide a Client-isolated Postgres tenant. Credentials are made available through the Portal UI.
Availability and permissions vary by account configuration.
Data Activation
Clients may activate eligible audiences through supported marketing channels using:
Untitled DSP Untitled’s embedded advertising platform supports self-service activation across channels such as CTV/OTT, pre-roll video, and banner advertising.
Direct API Integrations Untitled can connect to supported advertising and marketing platforms, including Meta, Google, HubSpot, and Klaviyo. These connections are authenticated using Client-authorized OAuth 2.0 or API credentials.
Each destination must be configured and authorized before data is transmitted.
External Data Delivery
Untitled also supports delivery of data outside the platform when included in the Client’s implementation.
United Direct Solutions Delivery Audiences may be securely delivered to United Direct Solutions through SFTP for direct mail activation. Client-provided house files may be matched against selected audiences to create inclusion and suppression segments.
Custom Client Delivery Data may be delivered to a Client-controlled environment through approved methods such as SFTP, Amazon S3, or a Client-specific warehouse destination such as Snowflake.
Delivery formats, schedules, fields, and destinations are defined as part of the applicable implementation.
Client Control and Optionality
The diagram represents the broader set of data flows supported by Untitled. Individual Clients may use only a subset of these capabilities.
The Client controls:
Which data sources are connected
Which platform features are enabled
Which users receive access
Which audiences are created
Which destinations are authorized
Whether external delivery workflows are configured
Untitled does not enable optional data transfers or third-party destinations without the required Client configuration and authorization.
Diagram Scope
This diagram is intended to document the high-level, end-to-end movement of Client-originated data and data provided by Untitled. It does not represent every internal processing step, system component, or implementation-specific configuration.
Technical architecture, security, privacy, retention, and subprocessor documentation may be provided separately as part of a Client’s procurement or security review.
