1. Click "Campaigns" from the homepage of your Untitled account. Don't see it? Contact [email protected] or your customer success manager to have it enabled.

2. Create a new campaign.

3. Name the campaign and set a lifetime budget. Consider a timeframe that will give you significant 'signal' about whether this advertising channel is producing results. 1 month is a good minimum.

A Campaign is basically a folder that holds Line Items. Line Items include Creative Assets and Bids.

4. The daily budget is typically the Total Campaign Budget divided by the number of days in the campaign.

5. Add a Line Item to your campaign. This is where you will select the format of advertisement and add your creative assets.

6. Name the line item, set a duration, and select the ad format.

Unless you want your ads to run in sequence, i.e. "Week 1 of Truck Month is now!", "Week 2 is almost over!", your line item duration will likely have the same duration as your campaign.

7. CPM (cost-per-thousand-views) is a typical way to bid on DSP. You can update this bid as your campaign runs. $5 CPM for banner ads and $15 for video ads is a good baseline.

"Lifetime" and "Even" pacing are the default pacing behaviors and result in your budget being spent equally across the line item's duration.

8. The Lifetime Budget of all of your line items should equal the media spend for your entire campaign. If you just have one line item, enter your campaign lifetime budget here.

The daily budget is typically the lifetime budget divided by the duration of the line item.

9. Click "Next" to add an audience Segment to the campaign.

10. Segments can include Untitled ID Tag Audiences, Intent Audiences, or 1st Party Audiences. This is who your ad will show to.

Empty list? Create a new segment in the next step. Nnot sure what to choose? Email [email protected] or contact your customer success manager.

11. Optional: Create a new segment from your existing Untitled Audiences.

12. Optional: Name the segment and select an Audience from the drop-down menu. Then click "Create Segment".

Nothing here, or need help creating one? Contact your customer success manager.

13. Optional: After creating a segment, it will appear in the segments dropdown menu.

14. After selecting your relevant audience segment(s), click "Next" to add the creative assets to the line item.

15. Add creative either by uploading or by selecting from your Asset Library of assets already uploaded.

The creative specifications for ad formats on the DSP are available here: Creative Specifications for DSP Campaignsarrow-up-right.

16. Select your creative(s) and click "Next".

17. Name the creative and add your clickthrough URL - the landing page on your website that ad clickers will see - and complete the line item creation.

18. Repeat the line item creation process until you have all of your line items and creative assets loaded.

19. Click 'Finalize campaign and pay' only when your line items are all placed.

20. Confirm the details of your campaign. Ensure the start date is in the future.

21. You will be redirected to a Stripe payment page. Available payment methods are linking your bank account or completing a one-time transfer.

Running a campaign with less than $1000 total campaign budget, and want to pay by card? Contact your customer success manager.

22. After the payment has been initiated and shows as 'processing', your campaign will go live on its start date!
